Merriewold Galaxie
2004 chestnut mare (Iron Forge Starman x Ringbrook Renaissance) Ten months in training with Sally Anderson, Grand Prix rider/trainer of Galaxie’s sire Iron Forge Starman. Starman is competing in open shows at Grand Prix level. Sally is very pleased with Galaxie’s progress, “Galaxie is starting to give nicely to the bit, bend through her body and cantering a nice circle and doing so relaxed. She is leg yielding and has nice canter transitions.” Galaxie is now also driving a cart in the arena and along the road side and pulls a sleigh as well! (See above photo) Sally is getting Gal ready for her first dressage competition.
Galaxie is an excellent prospect for a rider wanting to excel in Dressage, driving or other sport divisions.
