A Visit to Triple Diamond Ranch, Okeechobee, FL

While in Florida I had a chance to visit the ranch where my passion for horses began.  The two Morgan Mares that started it all…Smurfette and Hot Chocolate are still there and look great.

Moving day for Merriewold Morgans

Well, actually it took several days.  We moved five horses to the new barn on Friday June 1.  These five got to settle in over the weekend.  Jackie and I rode in the arena for the first time on Saturday, and had our first lesson with Carol Friend at the ranch on Monday.  The mares and foals and two yearlings came the following Tuesday.   Here is our move in pictures:
